All applicable import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees are not included in your order total. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery or notification from the courier or custom.

If a package is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or fails to collect the parcel, a THB 580 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund per order.
